Time in the computer club is typically tracked either by user account, session card, or through manual monitoring. It is your responsibility to ensure your session time is managed appropriately. Time left unused at the end of your session may not be carried over unless allowed by a specific promotion or package.

Refunds for regular session time or purchases will be granted only under exceptional circumstances, such as technical failures or staff errors. Requests for refunds must be submitted on the same day of the service.
You are responsible for the safety and security of your personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items brought onto the premises. Lockers or secure storage may be available upon request.
In case of emergency situations, such as fire, evacuation, or technical issues, you agree to follow all staff instructions and safety procedures without delay.
We may organize public or private gaming events, competitions, and tournaments. By participating, you agree to follow all official rules, respect other players, and accept the results as determined by the organizers. Unsportsmanlike behavior, cheating, or use of unauthorized modifications will result in disqualification and possible banning from future events.
Photographs or recordings may be taken during events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in marketing materials unless you notify us otherwise in advance.
All games, content, logos, and visual designs within the club are the intellectual property of their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any software, media, or content accessed through our systems. You also may not stream or record gameplay without permission from staff if it involves public or community areas.
We make every effort to provide a safe, reliable, and enjoyable environment, but we do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free or available at all times. You use our Services at your own risk.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use or inability to use our facilities, equipment, or services.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the club or Services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms others or disrupts the environment.
If you are removed or banned, any remaining membership time, credits, or session balances may be forfeited without compensation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CTRL Lounge operates. Any disputes will be subject to resolution in the courts of that jurisdiction. We encourage all customers to seek resolution directly with us before pursuing legal action.
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply in full force. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and CTRL Lounge regarding your use of our Services.
